IHLP® User Groups

Share your experiences of Service Management with others working in a Service Desk, in a support center or in a customer service function.

In the IHLP® User Groups you are able to share experiences, good ideas and much more.

iSpoc invites to meetings in the IHLP® User Groups twice a year. The meetings take place in the respective organizations that use IHLP®. The meetings will take place in the March / April and September / October (the day before this yearly IHLP® Symposium).

There are two IHLP® User Groups; an Eastern and a Western group.

The first IHLP® User Groups events are now set:

First meeting of IHLP® User West held on Thursday 17th March at 10-14 in Odense, City Hall, Flakhuset 2, Meeting Room 224, 2nd, DK-5000 Odense C.

First meeting of IHLP® User East held on Thursday 24th March at 10-14 in iSpoc, Wildersgade 51, 3rd, DK-1408 Copenhagen K.
