Integration with ACS
When critical incidents are reported to the service desk, the integration between IHLP® 2007 and ACS (Alarm Control System) from Zonith ensures that the support staff is instantly alerted via SMS or WAP Push. The solution can be customized so that the staff will only receive alerts in certain cases (e.g. in case of Major Incidents).
Integration with SMS Gateway
The integration of IHLP® 2007 and SMS Gateway makes it possible to publish messages to the staff's cell phones directly from IHLP® 2007. In this way the employees of the service desk is easily kept up to date - even when they're not logged onto IHLP® 2007.
Furthermore, the system can be integrated with the organisation's MS Exchange server so that the staff can publish messages from their MS Outlook clients.
