Mail to IHLP®
Mail to IHLP® provides users with the possibility of submitting requests to the service desk without having to log on to IHLP® 2007.
With Mail to IHLP® the users can simply send an email to the service mailbox of the organization, and Mail to IHLP® will then automatically create a request in IHLP® 2007 and transfers user details from the database and the contents of the received email to the new request.
In this way, the service desk obtains the advantage of an automatically and efficient registration of service requests and incidents submitted via email.
