Hotkey
Just double-click the Hotkey icon in the system tray and the support is nearby! That is the reality when using the Hotkey for IHLP® 2007.
When the icon is activated Hotkey will automatically make a 'screenshot' of the active application, saves it as a JPG-file and attaches it to a new incident or service request. Hotkey automatically fills in the users' details and allows the user to add additional comments and explanations before submitting the incident to the service desk.
Hotkey is a good choice for any organization that wishes to provide its users with user-friendly self-service options and boost the efficiency of the service desk by providing it's employees with helpful screenshots allowing them to quickly identify and solve reported incidents.
