External Notify
Receiving email alerts the employees of the service desk, the IT staff, and the end users are always kept up to date on the development of important cases - even if they are not logged on to IHLP® 2007.
With External Notify, IHLP® 2007 automatically generates mails to alert users when, for example, the following events occur:
To the responsible employee in the service desk
- When a new comment is added
- When a new file is attached
- When a request is assigned to the employee
- When the service desk receives a request created by the end user
- When a new comment is added to a request created by the end user
- When a new file is attached to a request created by the end user
- When a request created by the end user is closed
