With IHLP® 2007, the days of IT-staff getting bogged-down in a big, resource-heavy tool, designed for more processes than the organisation is prepared to formalise, are over. IHLP® 2007 is designed to support the organisation's Service Management processes and is implemented step by step as the individual processes are embedded in the organisation.

The tool is delivered as a series of configuration packages for establishing a Service Desk function, embedding the Service Support processes, constructing and maintaining a CMDB as well as planning the organisational Service Delivery activities. Furthermore, a number of configuration packages are available for automating the organisation's Service Management activities and offer integration with a number of the market's leading complimentary tools.
