With IHLP® 2007, the days are over where IT-staff get bogged-down in a big, resource-heavy tool, designed for more processes than the organisation is prepared to formalise. IHLP® 2007 is designed to support the organisation's Service Management processes and is expanded in step with the organisation embedding the processes.
 
The utility is delivered as configuration packs to establish a Service Desk function, embed the Service Support processes, construct and maintain a CMDB as well as plan the organisational Service Delivery activities. Furthermore, a number of configuration packs are available to automate the organisation's Service Management activities and integrate with a number of the market's leading complimentary utilities.
