Workshops

iSpoc has developed a number of courses that support the customers task of optimising the organisation's service processes, including implementation of IHLP® IT-Support.  

The courses can be arranged individually and, as a rule, be completed by the time the organisation has performed the technical implementation of IHLP® IT-Support.  

Training of the Service Desk user
The aim of this course is to provide the participants, according to their needs and choices, with an adequate introduction to the potential of IHLP® IT-Support, as well as practice and training in the use of the various facilities in IHLP® IT-Support. The course usually lasts 3-4 hours.  

The course can also be expanded to include, for example, an introduction to Best Practice in Service Management.  

Service Management mentoring

iSpoc offers a mentor arrangement, where the customer's IT department is assigned a consultant who is an expert in optimisation of service processes.
