Where do I start?
If you are considering how to tackle your Service Management project, iSpoc is offering to assist you in the project process. Read more under The iSpoc Method.

You will also find good opportunities for sparring through various network-fora and other sites like the following: http://www.itsmfi.net/index.htm and http://www.ogc.gov.uk/.

Big or small solution?

Do you require a chrome-plated solution, or perhaps a smaller solution that can be escalated over time? - That is a question you should certainly ask yourself. The answer can be found by analysing your organisation's real needs and objectives. Hear about the experiences of other organisations, visit references and think in terms of comprehensive, end-to-end solutions rather than technology.

When you wish to optimise service processes, technology is only one part of the combined investment. By far the major part of the project is about restructuring and optimising processes: Changes should be embedded in the organisation, and often this only succeeds when the project is given sufficient attention within the organisation and is allotted the necessary resources.

What are ITIL®, SPOC and MOF?
