Process Improvement

What is the rate for our process work and how do we operationalise the plans? Through Process Improvement, the organisation's project-vision and goals are defined.   

The current situation is evaluated with a focus on the organisation, processes and tools. A project plan is set up and is regularly re-evaluated by using measuring points. In this way, the organisation successfully completes its project.
