That is why iSpoc offers several types of profiles that can help the customer to define, steer and implement a service management project.
The process consultant
The consultant assists with the organisational implementation of Service Management solutions. In co-operation with the customer, the consultant can optimise processes within Service Management, based on the market's Best Practice, including ITIL®, in a manner that is contingent on the customer's unique approach to the project.
The project manager
The consultant assists with keeping the customer's project under control and is responsible for keeping the management informed about the project's development and progress.
The technical consultant
The consultant assists with installing, configuring and adapting the customer's Service Management solution. If there is a need to import data from another machine - for example an older, Service Desk utility for IHLP®, the consultant can also assist with that. Similarly, the consultant can also assist with the configuration of the utility's supplementary modules.
