At iSpoc, the customer is the central focus for the development of our products. When we design and develop our software, our starting point is equally influenced by the ideas and inspiration of our customers and by inspiration from the market's best practice. This means that there is an open dialogue between the customer and iSpoc. And if the customer feels that we can do it better, we are not averse to taking up the challenge.
The on-going dialogue with the customer provides good conditions for being able to continue assisting the customer with the alignment of service processes. The solution that the customer implements today is often built up in step with the fact that the customer's needs change over time.
