At iSpoc, we are continuously evaluating and developing our competencies in order to ensure that they measure up to the customer's requirements.
The technology should support the processes. All of the consultants at iSpoc are therefore trained - or under training - in the market's Best Practice, like ITIL® for example.
At the same time, the consultants must be at the cutting edge of technological opportunities, which is why all the consultants at iSpoc are continuously undergoing an education and training programme in those methods, development languages and techniques that we employ in our various solutions and software projects.
We earn our living from the customer's service processes. It is only through the on-going development of our competencies that we can deliver professional, qualified assistance in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the customer's service processes. Competence development is therefore a highly prioritised activity at iSpoc.
