iSpoc was created to optimise the customer's IT Service Management activities. We achieve this through our solutions and software products, which are among the most flexible and user-friendly available on the market today, and we often work in co-operation with partners who complement our own competencies and technologies.  

iSpoc was established on January 1st, 2006, but we have actually existed since 2000 as part of the IT company Fischer & Kerrn, who are also shareholders in iSpoc.

We will endeavour to be the customer's preferred supplier of tools for the optimisation of Service Delivery and for ensuring systematic knowledge-sharing through technology that is intuitive, flexible, scalable and developed in accordance with the best practices of the market.

The spread of iSpoc's solutions is not confined to Denmark. Our solutions are employed today by companies with branches in all parts of Europe, the USA and Asia.  

Growing without growing pains
In order to accommodate the growing market demands, iSpoc is continuously expanding the company with new employees and initiatives. To avoid growing pains - and improve the daily activities iSpoc has designed and implemented a quality codex called iSpoc Enterprise.
 
iSpoc Enterprise maps the company's processes and business functions and is working through a number of standardized working procedures and quality checkpoints.
