IHLP Analytics is a complete and intuitive reporting solution that consists of dynamic Dashboards and detailed reports.
Dashboards gives snapshots of different KPI’s, so the Service Team has some useful indicators showing the load of the Service Team, adherence to the target service, and more. The views are managed from within IHLP, and can be set so the KPI’s are targeting the various teams.
The report part shows complete reports within the Service Desk, as it shows the KPI’s from Incident, Problem and Change Management processes, if those parts of the IHLP is in use. The report part is using Microsoft Reporting Services, and is delivered in IHLP with pre-defined reports that you can easily edit the content in, and export in different formats.
If you have competencies in Microsoft Reporting Services, yourself can produce more of these reports, that will be made available through IHLP. In addition, there is the opportunity to order additional reports and Dashboard views through the IHLP-library, which is available for all iSpoc's customers.
